Who can Participate?
Anyone who wants to change their workout routine, rehabilitate an injury, prevent disease, train for an athletic event, improve their fitness level, or just to tone up, then we can help. The personal training experience will provide you a certain level or moral support, a safe environment to complete your workout, and the tools necessary for you to track your progress.
Here at the Ozarks Family YMCA - Mountain Grove, our goal is to offer this service at a competitive price with exceptional value. Having you achieve your goal is the Fitness Departments number one goal.
Together WE can achieve your goals!
What happens During a Personal Training Session?
All personal Training sessions are one hour in length. The First 15 minutes spent doing a cardiovascular exercise. The last 45 minutes spent with a personal trainer, performing resistance training. During your first personal training session, you and your trainer will have a total health consultation. This will allow your trainer to get a better understanding of your past medical history, current fitness level, and goals. After this, your trainer will design an individualized program and assist you in performing the proper technique, intensity, rest and progression.
